June 16 guided tour and demonstration “the origin of symbolism and prehistoric art”
Bolomor Cave guided tour organized by Tavernes de la Valldigna city council and the Museum of Prehistory of the Provincial Council of Valencia. The activity consists of a guided tour of the site and a demonstration of the aspects that led to the origin of the symbolism, from the first representations manifested in the great Palaeolithic cave paintings, engravings, personal adornments, furniture art, to Levantine art and artistic manifestations of protohistoric periods. This activity also shows the existing themes in prehistoric art and the techniques used for its development. The activity begins at 20:30 in the morning at the parking located at the foot of the site, from where starts the path that goes up to the cave.The normal entrance price is 4 euros and children under 6 years 1.50 euros.
